This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the personnel on the reception were available at any hours. The beds ended up comfy and the other guests were usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air-con was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Pretty great hotel and good area. I Certainly advise Relais Il Chiostro Di Pienza!
